Luc Chiasson is a Canadian Record Producer from Toronto Canada.
Luc started his musical journey in his teens, forming several bands in high school and producing demos for his peers. After graduating, he spent one year at George Brown College studying Art and Design before taking the leap into music production at Seneca College in 2015.
Shortly after completing his formal education, Luc would go on to intern at one of Canada's top commercial recording facilities, Revolution Recording. It was at Revolution, Luc had the opportunity to work along side A-list engineers and artists including David Botrill, Eddie Kramer, João Carvalho, Lowest of the Low, and many more.
Luc has since become a full-time freelance engineer, working with artists such as Daniel James Griffin, Brigitte Wickens, Vodnik, and The Animist. He also works for Lynx Music as a featured engineer for hire.
In 2019, Luc was featured on the Indie Week Canada's Producer Panel and did a guest speech along side Derek Hoffman (Fox Sounds) and Harley Tamblin (Acrylic Recording).
